minus 3 days and counting
but tomorrow if i dont get a reply until 11:00 i am contacting the trading standards

I would also try the Police.

Sorry to here that m8, I have bought lots from Scooby Parts and never had any bother.

Bought two things from them in the last week in fact.

I know that you're trying to help, and it is appreciated, but I think that the way you're going about it might cause issues for various parties - not just scoobynet. A couple of posts that you've made are not helping this thread in my opinion. If you carry on with the allegations that you're not backing up and stories of illegal activity (phone tapping), you personally will result in this thread getting deleted, which serves the original poster no good whatsoever.

I hope that this is solved satisfactorily to all parties as does everyone, but please bear in mind that allegations that cannot be backed up are probably libellous and therefore must go. this is not open to debate.

Yeh guy's, sorry, I'm on about scoobyparts in England.

 

This appears to me that it's definitely serious.

Suggest that the affected parties contact each other and look at what legal actions are open to them. It does appear that the company needs a little shake up.

Is there anyone in the area who can check if the company is still there?

 

It's very serious, and so am I.
I hate it when people do things like this.
I really thought that the company was settled in the UK, and had plans to come over for a weekend. Just to have a look and a good chat when them....

But now I understand that they are in Ireland....
