hello scoobynetters
we came to a conclusion that maximum by the end of next week i will have what i asked for......lets hope i get what i asked by the end of next week so that i can post a good word about scooby-parts.

I would speak to a solicitor and get them to draft a legal letter with a view to taking this further. Scooby-parts might be a little more forthcoming when faced with a possible court case. Some companies I have dealt with over the years only seem to wake up to this sort of threat. I hope you get it sorted soon mate.

today they said they are going to get the wheels from their suppliers and also they said they are going to contact me to say to me when i am going to get the wheels send to me....
but
no answer yet,,,tried to phone them but nothing....emailed them....nothing.....i will wait and see....
listen mate i've given them enough chances to prove themselves....
if they cannot deliver the wheels to me after 5 months then......
aaaaaaahhh.....i dont know what to say anymore
i ve been waiting for those bloody wheels for 5 months
anyway i hope we will resolve our problems soon mate

It's a pity this thread isn't getting a larger Northern Ireland audience (there's not many of us on here). The action of scooby-parts BEFORE this incident was enough to put me off even going along for a look around but they have now come across as total con men!

Surely a refund could have been arranged as soon as this thread appeared (should have been months ago) but it doesn't look good now!

the day its almost in its ending business stages and still i got no reply.......they promised that they would contact me today...sent them to emails but without a reply....

Well they have an e-mail address so perhaps we should all send them a polite reminder, and keep on sending them until they get the message. Dozens of mails everyday probably won't make much difference but it might hack them off enough in time....
