i can't believe that price surely it can't be that much, the splitter seemed cheap enough, does anyone send parcels abroad that can advise on the costs,
Have been given the name of someone who will bring the splitter back by lorry from Zagreb, have e mailed the details and I am waiting for a reply... will post the results here asap...
Guys - good news.. we need to order a minimum of 5 spoilers from them this will give us a discount of 20% on the splitters so they will cost 152 euros each... I have spoken with a shipping comp that will bring 5 back to their depot in Essex for a total cost of £250 and that includes all the taxes and custom charge.. the spoilers all have to be ordered under one persons name for tax and custom tax purposes and also for VAT purposes this end.
So we are looking at about £155 per spoiler.
Each person will then need to arrange delivery to their homes from Essex...
i'm a definate NO its still more than i want to pay as theres at least a £10 to add, then painting,plus i've been looking over group buys in the past and it seems to be more trouble than its worth, you've done a mint job sorting this out though hope to see your car in the gallery when your done.
Finially got a reply from the company who supplies the splitters, the price is for 5 people 201.74 euros each, that includes the freight charge aswell.
Good one Mark, you need to check that this includes the custom charges our end, duty and also VAT is payable at 17.5% when they come into the uk as well.... is all this included in the 205 euros ?
