Put me down too please (standard STi 7). I'm happy to run at the start of the day if that helps (and it helps me ) as I'm not too far away from PE.

Ta,

Matt

Now 19 on the list and 2 in reserve.
Is anybody expecting 300+ bhp?
Or is this a low key event with the hard hitters at the Tuning Japenese day?

Paul.

My car MY97WRX with Magnex single dump downpipe, BPM twister MK3 back box, HKS induction kit and the PE Phase1 ECU conversion made 306bhp and 278 lbs/ft at PE back in June when the ambient temp was at 30 degrees plus, and just a couple of weeks back made 302.5 bhp and 248 lbs/ft at Powerstation. The powerstation rollers give lower readings, so I hope I break the 306 given that the abmient temps are considerably lower.

Bad Bads

I should think there will be at least one over 300bhp

Of course well over 350bhp would be nice

Be nice to see a genuine 350bhp.Lot's of people talk about it but very few achieve it!
How much do you want to spend?

Everyone has better go on the rollers before Steve as I here from the mods he has done / is planning he might be trying to break the rolling road It will be good to see a big power Scooby in action down South as all the big boys seam to be up North at the moment.

If I can get within 50 - 70 bhp of Steve I will be happy.

Colin.

yep the big boys have migrated to Well Lane.. will be there on the 26th Jan although I expect I'll be about 5th

As theres ChristianR with his 2.5 litre, Harvey and Bob Rawle (both should be over 400bhp but we'll see) and Dave Wallis

Myself I'm still waiting on bits but have junked the standard 2 liter engine in favour of uprated internals so I can run higher boost... still really running engine in at moment so its only at 1.75 bar!!... should be an interesting day.

Just been looking at Bruces figures at Powerstation 303.5 bhp but only 248 lbs/ft doesn't sound right to me perhaps he needs a remap. The last time mine was on the rollers at Eclipse I got 265 bhp and 260 lbs/ft, since then I have done a couple of extra mods so it will be interesting to see the results before I get the bigger injectors and management system mapped.

Hi Colin I'll see what Merv says after my run , as he did the mapping for my Phase 1 conversion, it got 278 lbs/ft at PE in June, the only additions since then are brakes and the earthing mod.

Colin

I got 330bhp last time at PS - but that was on a standard engine and before I raised the ignition advance.....

I will hopefully will be going there in the not too distant future for a PRun... would hope for over 350bhp at PS based on previous runs..

Hard times!

8th should be a good day.....

Paul,

The mods I had planned for the 8th are on hold as I have just bought yet another car ( I have 4 cars now ) with the money I had put aside for the Scooby. If I can't find a buyer for my Nissan Micra or Honda Civic in the next week the mods are going to have to wait. Haven't told Eileen yet about my latest bargain, I sure she will understand

Colin

Added, I think we need to watch out for Len as he has been very quite lately which normaly means he has been to busy fitting new toys to go on the net

Hi Rhybeck.
Thanks for the post but I must admit to not seeing this problem at PE.
I can't imagine many of this group having excessive bhp to trouble the rollers

Jen.
I wouldn't have thought the "turbo look-a-like" would trouble the rollers

Rach.
If the Landy goes as slow on the rollers as it does pulling out on roundabout's then I don't think we have anything to worry about

We still have a few places available so what are you waiting for.

Cheers Paul.

Sorry to hear about the job Andy.
Can't help with the lift I'm afraid but I am sure one of our lot will get you there.
