Rolling road day
#1
OK.After being asked by the Hants mob for one of these day's I have been in touch with Power Engineering and sorted a date out.
It will be on Saturday 8th Feb and will start at 8:30am.
Maximum number of car's will be 25 and the cost will be £30 +vat.
It will be on a first come first served basis, so get your name down to avoid disappointment!
A note to maffa. This is not in competition to your day, just keeping the natives happy!!!!
Cheers Paul.

Paul are you sure it will be £30+ VAT? Whenever people have run these days before at PE they've been told it's £30+ VAT, but on the day PE have always charged £35+ VAT.
I know this was the case on 2 rolling road days I attended there last year, so I just thought I'd highlight this before people turn up on the day expecting to pay £30 or so. If they do it for £30 then !
Unfortunately I would have run, but I'm on Maffa's one.

Mervyn assured me it would be £30 +vat and he has never let me down before.
There is no cut off date to get involved, only once I have 25 you will have to go on the reserve list.
Cheeers Paul.

Jamie I guess its about 1 hour 15 for you, ish. I did it from Winchester last year, its an easy journey.
I also agree with the 35 quid comments, I paid 35 last year expecting to pay 30 and when I went upstairs they said "no mate its always 35" so I coughed up.

I'm interested too.
Any chance they could do some basic diagnostics/logging while it's on the rollers using Delta Dash (I see from their site they do EcuTek maps)? Would obviously be prepared to pay (a little ) extra for this.

Ron, I can't have you beating me
Goon, yours is too loud
The list is coming along nicely. I wouldn't mind mine being delta dashed while on the rollers.

I have forgotten what those CD's sound like
The list is coming along nicely.I will ask Merv if they can do any tuning work during the day but I know it takes a bit of time getting 25 cars through the rollers.
Cheers Paul.

I'd like to come along as well, I know Ive recently been on the Powerstation RR day, but it would be good to get a Cold weather reading from PE to compare with the 306bhp they recorded in June last year after the Phase 1 ECU was added.
