I work in IT and have 'them all' but
for me the PC is the best...
Consoles are great as far as they go, my PS2 however is gathering dust until GT3 comes out.
Like you said it really does come down to personal choice, personally I find it much more fun and rewarding going and blasting 8 mates online with Red Alert 2 or fighting a huge battle with 200 other people on Aces High, consoles simply can not give me that.
On the other side PCs have their quirks and I personally *hate* windows, and as reluctant as I am to admit it, it is the best gaming platform for me.
slightly off topic but have any of you lot got the new Codemasters game 'Insane'?
We should maybe get together and have an online game of something other than Quake!

I have a very attractive girlfriend

You are obviously talking about the PS2, when you talk about lego.

You need to get hold of a boot disk! This will enable you to play imports on any region dreamcast! I can do one for you, for Ł5.00. Email me if you want one. I can also inform you of more interesting things.

PGP (Pretty Good Privacy) key for security mate, it makes it so we can encrypt e-mails and the like. I can send e-mails to you that only you can decrypt, you need a public and private key pair, I encrypt the mail using YOUR public key and then you decrypt it your end.
