Interesting comparison between ***** licking and sodomy, Claudius.
Do you have an objection to ***** licking?

I have asked the moderators to stop this thread - but they have not.
Who is the next minority group that we shall as a bbs atack, women, blacks, jews, muslims, the inferm, the sickm or elderly?
Its pathetic thet you are behaving like this, and that the moderatoros are doing nothing.
God help us if the THE GENTLEMEN OF THE PRESS GET HOLD OF THIS STUFF.
Also have the moderators thought of the legal consequences of their actions?
Si

How many of your relatives & friends are gay Claudius? Mind you, I doubt any of them would come out to you with your attitude. But statisitcally some of them WILL be.
Most people who seem to have big problems with homosexuality (I assume you have the same views regarding lesbians??) are either in the closet or have some serious personal problems.
Now whether or not you are, or not gay Claudius, I don't care. But I wouldn't mind betting that some of your mates - who I bet have similar views? (safety in mumbers etc.) - are gay especially as many closet gays can become quite enraged by gayness.
Regardless, what is your (any any other peeps here with similar views to Claudius + co) big problem with it? Many don't particularly enjoy the thought of having gay sex but that's irrelevant as we're not made to do it. Homosexual people don't find the thought of straight sex particularly enticing either but clearly you want to force them to do this.

FP : RE the enemies part of your post.
Its like religions. (Stay with me here ) All Religions are wary of those with different views. SO they all segregate themselves, keep their views to their own. So Gay people (not all admittedly) tend to go where they know they'll be other gay people. (Also avoids the whole hassle of a Girl chatting up another Girl when shes not Gay!) The problem with this is that it creates ignorance between groups. No one knows what the others really get up to, so their naturally suspicious of them. This in turn is whipped up by the more fanatic members of society to be a valid reason to Dislike then Hate then Want To Destroy anyone different to that group.
The best way is not to be PC and "accept" peoples differences be it orientation, religion even hair colour. But to find the common ground between us. To not think he/she's different, but we're the same. We're all just trying to eek out an existance. Pay the bills, do our hobbies, find love.
IMHO

Having just read the whole of this thread - I am not surprised at the range of views expressed (although some of the more extreme and biggoted ones amaze me - what century are we living in?).
As Sal said earlier on, her best mate is gay. Since meeting Sal this guy has become an extremely good friend of mine - someone I trust, can have a laugh with and goes down the pub on a Friday night for a few beers - i.e. a normal bloke. What he does in his private life has nothing to do with me. He has said on several occassions he would have preferred not to have been gay, but he can't help what he is. He didn't 'become' gay - he was born that way. To call it unnatural is at best the height of stupidity and ignorance.
I would challenge any of you to meet him and know he was gay - you wouldn't. So if he told you he was gay - why would you opinion about him change? What prejudices are you holding that suddenly makes you change your mind about this person? Ask yourself why what the guy does in bed affects his ability to be a responsible member of society etc? It doesn't.
He holds a very responsible job which he worked hard for and fortunately for him, we do now live in a more tolerent society. 20 or 30 years ago he would have found things a lot harder.
I still think many of the fears and prejudices expressed here show a basic insecurity amongst many people (mainly men). The majority of straight guys seem to have this inbuilt fear that if they walked into a room with a gay bloke, he would immeadiately fancy them and make a pass - er, hello - get real - do you have the same view if you walked into a room full of women. Do you honestly believe they would all fancy you (people with large egos please don't respond at this point)?
Judging by some of the views on this thread, I know who I would rather be spending a evening down the pub with...

Well said Mr F and Mr L - I stopped reading after page three as I couldn't believe some of the c*ap people were coming up with
Although I have nothing to add to your post except agree wholeheartedly. My perception of some SN members has changed.

There are some people on here with serious issues that they need to address. I'm quite comfortable with my own feelings on this issue. Seems to me that there are many on here who are not.
Edit: 1) What does ADP (thread starter) make of all this.
and
2) I just re-read the 1st post. Why are all Gay people more promiscuious. Certainly my mate is!! Is it cos they know they arent running the risk of getting pregnant?

Claudius,
We didn't take them in order to "expose them to a different lifestyle".
We took them with us to see our friends.
Edited to say:
and cos they have kids of a similar age.
