STi-Man, have to agree, I used to love having the "how many miles until you have to walk to a petrol station" countdown, although I always chickened out at 2 miles

 

Hehe, some really good answers there. I miss the FC from the Cav sometimes too, and yeah, the glovebox that doesn't have a light nor shut correctly etc etc are other things that i miss.


Still wouldn't swap back though.

Miss : Adjustable intermittent wiper speed.
My MY99 Impreza doesn't have this, but I'm wondering if it can be fitted as the later ones have it.
I'd also like the three guages on the centre of the dash, but I don't want to pay £600!
I don't miss having a car that cut out every time I stopped, and a door lock which took ten seconds to pursuade to un-jam. And sliding round roundabouts when I didn't want to!! (*&^% Calibra!)

I'd like the Impreza window to shut properly too!

 

My MY99 has three wiper speeds - 1. 3 second pause; 2. standard; 3. Fast . Isn't this the intermitant stuff?

I also have a sign saying 'pull Mist' on the right hand stalk - what the hell is this about?

I miss the heated mirrors from my 12 yr old Cav! Also the lockable and lightable glove box!

2/My MOMO RACE wheel cause I can't get a boss to fit my MY97 !!!

 

Variable intermittent speed, with around four periods of delay.

The "pull mist" is useful, to just give one swipe of the wipers.

I also miss the delay on the interior light when i shut the door, but again I think later cars had this.

4WD system
Electric mirrors that stayed where you set them to
Bright Switch (no really!) I miss that thing
Wet weather grip

Those are the only things that I miss. but if I had them in the Focus that would be amazing

Even just 4WD would make the Focus into an Excellent weapon
