I didn't say the LAST one - I said the only one Because before there were 2 types (Professional and Performance). So don't worry there are enough for everyone
The kit is absolutely fantastic by the way, especially now that I have got used to the harder ride I have to say the first couple of days I was feeling a bit sick Not sure if it was because of the bumpy ride or much higher cornering speeds and g-forces!

Not enough to make a difinitive conclusion. Went on a local B road last week and it was quite bumpy / bouncy but the problem is that I had never driven on that road with my old suspension, so I can't really compare...

Glad you got that sorted - we need to meet up so you can get the clear indicators off me and we can catch up.
Rasher - TSl do a strut brace exactly ike the STi one (for MY01-O3)for a lot less!

Found one! And the kit is fantastic!!!
The car feel is slightly different and you need a while to get used to it and build your confidence. But after that it's full throtle! Endless grip! Fantastic precision through corners! If before the corner speed was dropping or at best constant, now the car actually accelerates through corners (I guess this is related to total absence of understeer).
Feels very composed, except maybe for the roughest surfaces (very bad B and normal C roads) on which it gets too bumpy and bouncy. Sometimes it's a bit tempermental under very heavy braking but I am not sure if this is suspension or brakes related. May be because I now drive faster the brakes (std 4-pots with DS2500s) can no longer cope?

getting the geometry setup (TSL and Powerengineering both do this) will help sort out any fighting with the wheel under braking - mine was a nightmare dragging from side to side until I had it done!
Upgrading the brakes is always a good thing - I'm going for the Pagid group n+ kit from scoobysport on Tuesday which is supposed to be good, but if you're serious (and have serious cash!) a big brake kit with 6-pots is a good idea...

OK, finally managed to go back to the B road I know very well and have driven many times with my original suspension - B 3012, the section of it that runs from Frimley Green to a railway bridge (a friend of mine called this road a mini-Nurnburg Ring).
I could remember quite well how the car used to handle there pre-Prodrive, especially the 'problem areas'. There is a particular corner which comes following a short straight and is quite tight - tighter than it first looks. I remember my car used to understeer there quite noticeably. Now, the car stays planted through it, keeping a clean tight line. As I became more familiar with the new character of my car I was able to push it a bit harder, and on the limit (ish ) I could feel the rear helping to 'steer' into the corner, as if the car was rotating - just a tiny bit - around an imaginery vertical pole inserted through the middle of the car.
Also I could now definitely get on the throttle much earlier. Whereas before any early throttle invariably resulted in a generous serving of understeer, now I can feel the front wheels digging in, gripping and pulling the car out of the corner, with the back wheels giving a gentle push...
So if you haven't guessed already I am very very impressed!
Now I am trying to organise a private training session at the Prodrivelive wet handling facility to learn where the new limits of the car are, and how to stay on the right side of them.

i like the sound of the kit's performance
only 1 thing i am wary of.. and maybe u could shed some light on it...
even tho the car might be 'bouncy' on uneven roads... does it still feel planted?
as in.. not skipping and bouncing on the contact area... but properly damped and having a better amount of traction?
Or is it indeed more bouncy?
The type of roads I mean are.. ones with trees nearby... country roads between fields... u know the type
only 1 thing i am wary of.. and maybe u could shed some light on it...

I think you've seen my post in the brakes forum about the 'demo drive' I got today from my racing driver friend. The point of the drive was actually not to test the brakes but to test the new suspension. He really liked it. He said that it was definitely quite hard/stiff but still with enough suspension travel available (I guess this answers your question). He also commented that there was no dive under braking (may be because he wasn't braking much even for tight corners! ), and no body roll when cornering... Hey, I thought I was getting on the throttle much earlier now but he was flooring it almost immediately after turning in -- and still no understeer!!! He also said that the steering felt much more direct and quick.

fair enough... like I said I don't have them on my car so I can't really comment can I. Wheras you have driven your car with and without them so you're best placed to say.
As I said, I'll see if I need anything more after TSL do the geometry for me...
edited to say... perharps "dangerous on the road" was slightly over the top. Maybe if you're driving right on the limit there's more risk of losing the back (because of the less progessive nature of the drop links) than with standard ones. But then it's always dangerous to drive on the limit on public roads. Now I'm talking from experience. I was once a very silly boy and paid a heavy price.
