LOL, no, just continual moaning from the pained one (wife).
Actual due date is friday, so I am on red alert.
As soon as anything happens I'll let you know.
Who willll buy, my TD05 turbo....

I found the *easiest* way to do the inlet was to remove the manifold. Is no big deal except for the time involved in doing so.
If you work methodically should be no problem. Funny enough it's easier putting it back than taking it off cause you then get an understanding of what goes where.
The reason I took it off was to clear up some things under the bonnet which Andy has already mentioned in a previous post.
Plus.. I didn't want to break the original taking it out.

John - I have either my inlet or wideband electronics arriving via DHL tomorrow...not sure which I'd prefer!
Did you wideband kit arrive via DHL? MRT, I know, use them.

My pipe arrived yesterday
It's nice, but the big dent to allow the PS tank clearance is a bit disappointing. Still far better than OE though. How much of a pig is it to fit - anyone know?

1 hour?! I assume you've ditched your power steering then David?! What gaskets are required?
Steve Done's website has instructions (knew I'd seen some somewhere!) - he suggests removing power steering stuff and strapping it up out the way.
I'm going to confuse myself even more by trying to fit a catch tank at same time....now where does that second pcv go Andy?!

nah... ive not ditched it yet... you need the inlet manifold gaskets.. unless you re-use... I would but thats me.
1hr as I work quick on my own car... its only 3 or 4 bolts to remove ps pump on mine...
I would imagine it will take most without air tools about 2 - 2.5 hrs..
