Steve: I can recommend the Ion Performance Turbo to you and also their headers. That is the main difference in our cars at present as both engines were built by Roger Clark Motorsport and mapped by Bob Rawle. There are several other cars out there with similar spec to mine but they do not have the Ion Performance turbo or headers/up-pipe and I am convinced that is the crucial difference.

Harvey

I must say that I'm quite staggered by the performance difference now on the road having had it mapped.. whether this will equate to increased power on the rollers - we'll see - certainly should do

Bob has ordered some headers and is looking into turbo's. Your turbo flows a lot more air than mine so should produce more power than mine

Have you changed the compression ratio on your engine or left it like it was previously??

rich, add an sti6 spoiler to my mod list, the extra down force on the rollers (if that fan thing is on) should gain me a few horses.

Mr Wallis's spec is likely to change by the 26th Mr McCulloch and why is it that whenever I get close to catching your figures you go and move the goal posts on me with all these new bits!

Peccy,

Where did you get the spoiler?

Cheers

Rich

steve McCulloch - Harvey's turbo is the P450, depending on what your power needs and the goals of your vehicle is, there are faster spooling ones for the 2.0L

Feel free to send us an email for more info -> info@ionperformance.com

Ion

I'll drop you a mail later this week

Christian

Well perhaps I fibbed .... wil see on the day. I'm still fairly staggered the power claims of some of the Evo's.. they must be running ridiculous sized turbos and have totally undrivable cars!

I need a new driveshaft!

Hi all,

Sorry Pavlo, totally slipped my mind.

Sorry to hear about the others dropping out, but there's plenty in reserve.

Will put a new list up later today which will be the running order. There's quite a few coming from far afield, so I'll put them later on in the day and all the local boys first.

Cheers

Rich -

Sorry about this, but I'm going to have to drop out. Combination of poor finances, leaking rocker cam gaskets, and my Apexi Power FC only NOW turning up means I won't be able to make this.

Might try and turn up on the day, good luck to all !
