The way I read this is that BT Openworld are effectively discriminating against users who don't have Broadband. My reasoning behind this thought is that BT aren't metering Broadband, just Dialup. The cynic in me sez "They trying to force everybody onto Broadband" [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

 

ISDN is everywhere. You have to very very isolated (i.e. outer hebrides) before ISDN is an issue.
