I mentioned to Mark that a few years ago i used a place in Ilfold for testing of parts on a rolling road. I can arrange i suppose a meet there although what discount they would give us for a test session there i dont know. I did arrange one in 2000 and booked etc etc but no one was interested. I take it most of you have been to one? Some dont like it when they hear their car with the bonnet up doing 100+ mph!!!!!!!
If i get some feedback ill see what i can arrange. Although they will probably need good notice and possibly deposits

i suggest that if this rolling road is to take place everyone who WANTS to take part pays full money up front.
this will stop any messers and doubters spoiling it for the rest of us.

my missus reckons that you are a brave man!! ( DAL the caramel is great the only thing know is that she can go out bloody shopping again spending my money = less money for me for more mods when it comes back!!! ( joking aside m8 she is well pleased, all i keep hearing is that , when it is all sorted out we shall have to take them out for a meal he's been so good )

just visited the prodrive site they only show 3 pitures of wheels or am i looking at the wrong bit i do like the ones at the bottom thuogh m8 still think that my favourites are the speedline turinis as shown on the members gallery on my thread about gold wheels will confirm soon witch ones i want to go for

Has anyone heard back from the tyre guys?
I had one reply awhile ago and thats it nothing else I guess its just waiting to see what happens, would like to know if they have cheap treaded tyres in diff compounds as I am not to keen to buy slicks and have it rain all day

What tyre size are you looking for Krade? Im taking along 16``, but unfortunatly there will be know where to change tyes on the day, only wheels. If it is 16`` you need, we can meet before hand and you can use my spare set for the day if you wish! I may also have a set of 17`s but i will know nearer the time!

I will need a deposit on the tyres and you can use them for the track day if you like, and once returned to me i will refund deposit, even if tyres are knackard! I cant say fairer than that can i
