May i point out that this event will be PROPERLY ORGANISED with marshalls and instructors. Even camera men! For those wishing to specate because they dont want the risk of damage caused by other drivers, can i say that drivers on the day ignoring saftey rules and flags will NOT BE allowed back on the Track and they will lose their monies paid. So, i can assure everyone (I know of only 2 people who i havent seen) that the drivers attending i know personaly and i assure those that have a problem that it will be a SAFE and enjoyable day. I have videos to prove on last outing at Brands!
So please, can we have some more on Track!

 

Of course, the more people come the better anyway! Even spectators!

 

Upon speaking to a few people concerning this meet, i understand that a few are in need of Pads or brake upgrades for the day.
I have some good prices for those wishing to go ahead with harder pads and those wishing for braided hoses etc.
Fitting also available when you like!
AP Racing fluid also available

 

What sort of prices are we talking about for the pads and hoses?
If youre feeling generous Darren it is my Birthday on the 11th Nov
Just a thought about tyres, Im prob gonna get some slicks, but what happens if it rains? Lets face it November is not know for its mild dry days

yeah cheers m8 we are all ok , just keep thinking that how lucky we all are that nothing was coming the other way whilst we were spinning, the scoob has been taken away today to the bodyshop , it is in the hands of Mr Lloyd who has been a tremendous help to us since saturday as well as all you guys on scoobynet southern who have all been sending us e-mails wishing us all well

ye was me most probably, on way home.

was it really that quiet?

i was just stuck behind a clio and a focus that were trying to push their cars past the 100 mark, just left it in 5th and on off power, got really boring as they wouldnt move out the way

 

Reg was R555RB5 so it was you! I did notice that you was on and off the gas hence the bllllllllll sound! And yes it was quiet. Airfilter was louder than the exhaust! You sure its not got a leak somewhere? Just a thought Quick though i give it that! Although i was in the van 1.4astra......mmmmmmmmm
Tiny: Accidents happen mate so im sure that you will be alot careful next time round. Will we ever hear the tttsssssssshhhhhh again? Hope so If that happened to me Dal, the wife would beg me to get rid also. And i would. Id buy another one

took car out did wot u said to do but it dont feel any better, but i had debbie in car and a full tank of petrol.

i'm used to driving it when on my own and with half a tank of petrol the most so i'll get a better feel of it through the week.

was driving it about 10/11pm last night and it was really boosting well due to lovely cold and dense air




p.s. u have mail re: exhaust/filter/dump valve

 

that sounds like dal has some noisy mail exhuast& dump valve go for it m8!!!!!!!!

Only problem being is that for a ride you will need to pay £15.00 to the organiser. Why? I dont know, but perhaps we can sort something out with them on the day.
