The new WRX got a pasting in the Evo test, but then they later found the wheel alignment was *way* out - which would have a pretty major negative effect on the handling. Are they going to re-test? Are they b*ll*ocks.

They were recently asking for different types of Subaru, so there may well be a back to back test of all the major Impreza variants. And they will almost certainly have the WRX in their car of the year test. Or maybe you are best mates with the editors and know for sure they aren't going to retest the car?

Back-to-back test would be v.interesting. I was pi$$ed off a the "Evo" rating, especially as it came straight after them saying the Renault Clio 170 had been "transformed" by sorting out the tracking

PS No I'm not friends with the Editor. Are you? I'd say it was pretty unlikely they would re-run the "Evo" rating given the cost and constraints of mag space - therefor the current one stands, and will be referred to as gospel by every "Pub Bore" for years to come...
