Cheers David,
Right bear in mind that the picture shows the prototype pipe, the fifnished item is going to have 2 studs in the 2 holes at the very right hand side of the picture on the top flange, and that the pipe will be welded to the flanges on the inside as well as the outside and then will be ground smooth...

Ok, are you telepathetic or summat
I've just, literally just, had a call from the guy making them...they got despatched to me today so I should get them on Monday
The plan changed a bit as he couldn't quite remember what I wanted him to do to the flange, so all the holes in the top flange have been tapped to accept studs but he hasn't fitted any these are available from your local Halfords though cost a few pennies each!
Bizar timing...

Right can't get remote access to my e-mail at the moment, so hopefully most of you will see this here!
Sent 5 of the pipes out today, to Viv, Mikee, Alan G, Stephen G and Steven D
They've been sent Royal Mail Special Delviery and should be with you by 12pm on Friday 6th September...if for your not there and the postie won't let someone else sign for them, my address and name are on the pacakge so you can use that as a reference if you have to pick them up.
T'others I need to meet up with, to hand them over.
I do now have 2 left though if anyone else is interested!

Got mine as well.
If you need studs for the up-pipe, be aware that the thread tapped into the new up pipe is different to the original Subaru one.(GC8 model)
The new pipe is 10mm metric thread ( Ithink 1.25 pitch) but the original, although 10mm is a fine thread ( Ithink 1.0mm pitch)

Alan, thread info noted...
Strange though, I thought it was a 1.25 pitch on the standard one...
So any one else want one? I'll be looking to get the studs and gaskets if I do another run, this will meen extra cost, but hopefully less than buying the bits yourselves

Apologies to those with regard to my last thread above.
Thanks to Tim for this info.
I thought (wrongly) that studs came in one size thread on both sides but now informed that the studs for the original up-pipe have a fine thread for mounting the turbo and coarser thread for stud fitment to up-pipe.
S'pose you learn something everyday.....
