Good to see everyone tonight, old and new faces alike Hope everyone enjoyed it.
I'm quite chuffed with (I think) 17 Scoobs, 1 Legacy and 1 200sx. Few more folks to wave out when out and about now.
4 weeks from today is the 14th August so one to check the diary for, but a new thread for that nearer the time I think.

Good to see everybody, even though there wasn't another nissan in sight.....
I'm still in shock after going completely sideways on the roundabout though, not a good idea to try keep up with DodgeT on the corners, but I did have the edge on him in a straight line through meir tunnel later...

Gobber - i havn't got the prodrive performance pack on my car. Just a magnex, itg filter and a heavey right foot ! Why do you ask ?
Where about are you from ? what car did you have ? and who were you ?
Back box is easy if you have a set of ramps and the nuts aren't welded on, like mine were !
Lozza - what car did you have ? Thought you were an accountant because of you e-mail address !
Oh and has anybody got a spray can of DBM i could borrow ? ChrisB ?

Cheers everybody for last night, see you all in a few weeks. Can we move it a bit further next time so we can at least get into fourth gear before getting home! (or we'll just go the long way).

goober,
I know someone who can fit the BB
I owe him in beers for all of the work he is doing to my car, I think I should be able to persuade him to sort the BB as a last resort if you can't get it sorted in the meantime
Cheers,
Michelle.

Jonto, you know who i am, green UK MY96, Donnington, Britannia, Tesco, Darlaston Arms.......
I'm afraid I was taking the ****, what with you asking how you sounded etc. Just a jibe re the car with a hoover hose instead of an exhaust at Donnington! By the way the car sounded great.
Michelle, niceone, I may ask you to call in your favour, will probably delay fitting for a couple of weeks as going to the Emerald Isle camping next weekend. Car will be fully loaded, roads out there can be a bit uneven, wouldn't want to damage my new toy! Last time I went, came back with: dented sump, cracked exhaust manifold, cracked windscreen and to cap it off a Nissan Terrano decided to introduce it's towbar to the radiator!

Mike, perhaps you could tie a long rope between the pub and your back bumper, if you keep it taught it should prevent the back end swinging out as you go round?
Other than that I've seen snorkel kits fitted to landrovers that might do the trick if you spin into the river!

Nice to meet you all, why are Scooby owners such nice people?
And I'm speaking from experience, having been in another Jap owners club before, which will remain nameless of course.
See you at the next meet Tim - Legacy GT-B
