Hell dan , hope you well mate. Love the car , really love the sound !!
tell me did you notice a difference with the white line stuff ?
I had all the arbs, drop links , bushes on my 04 sti and they were great. Our cars are already a lot stiffer than those before so would you say it’s a defo mod to make and did you see a vast improvement as I might go for it myself ?

Hi mate, thanks very much. Hope you are well too. Yes I did notice a difference with the biggest being the rear bar and droplinks, it almost completely eliminates the understeer you get on these, it really does make a huge difference. The front bar isn’t all that necessary as it’s a thick bar as standard, I just wanted greater control over what the car was doing. They’ve definitely helped to improve turn in and initial bite. I’ve also replaced a number of bushes in areas that would tighten up the drivetrain without adding unnecessary NVH. The Group N engine, gearbox and pitch stop mounts help to tighten up the feel of the car too, as does the positive diff retention kit. All of the little additions end up making the car feel very connected and you no longer get any drivetrain slop and engaging gears becomes much easier and much more enjoyable.

A decent geo setup by someone who knows what they are doing makes a vast difference to the feel of the car too.

Good reply !! Thanks mate. I will look into some rear and drop links. I see the new ones have some adjustment on the link as well as obviously the bar itself. So a bit or manual tuning maybe if needed ! Can remember my old ones having that option ?

Yeah the bar needs to be level when the wheels are on the ground so it’s important to have some adjustability in the end links.
