Just been back to pay my bill and mentioned it. Garage owner said they didn’t adjust the headlight only adjusted it on leveller dial on dash. Maybe the headlight level motor is on the wobble so will keep eye out for a spare.

still having problems trying to join uk legacy forum Alyn, I signed up back in September but every time I try and sign in it still says awaiting authorisation, I have had no email and I’ve sent admin messages several times but nothing.

About a month ago I made another account with my other email address (says the one I used first is currently used by a member) and got the message to say an email has been sent to validate the account but no email sent to any of my in boxes. Are they anti Impreza owners on there!

In a fortnight or so it’ll be a year since I got the old girl. After noticing the odd scuff on it due to the old duffers that can’t drive properly using it as some form of braille to help guide them around the local car parks and an unwanted go faster stripe added to the passenger side due to the council not cutting hedges cos well, bees and butterflies are more important than people having head on accidents and seeing if it’s safe to pull out of junctions etc, I have given it a little love and shown it some farclare cutting compound and autoglym wax polish as an early birthday present.

In other news, the wobbly headlight did indeed turn out to be the fog light that was left on at the mot which is a relief, and the interior light not working after the stereo was fitted was just a blown bulb that went coincidentally at the same time.
otherwise all continues to be well, it’ll need new boots soon and I think I’ll be swapping from 215/45 18’s to 225/40’s as they seem to be much much cheaper for the same tyre and I’m sure I’ve seen that later size listed as the tyre size for some of these.
