Given that the drones they are using are self made, I would say yes!

Although yesterday they did employ Australian supplied cardboard drones for the first time - designed as delivery drones, they come as flat pack cardboard packages for self assembly. Any modifications to carry weapons has been done by Ukraine. They are extremely cheap though, so a vey good use of resources by Ukraine.

The drones Russia has been firing at Ukraine on the other hand are directly supplied by Iran, although Russia will now start to manufacture their own under license.

It only seems like a coordinated attack because the allegations were investigated and then made public as part of a documentary by a team of journalists after they'd finished their research, as opposed to being made public one at a time by the individuals concerned. This was almost certainly done with the full agreement of those individuals, who would have no doubt felt far less confident about bringing to light such allegations had they been doing it by themselves, without mutual corroboration.
