He didn't try anything, except to perpetuate his position of authority.
He doesn't give a fcku about anyone, he is a Sociopath.
It's really that simple. Stop projecting any decency his way..it makes you look daft.

An general election should be called of course , but in reality it hardly matters - we are in dreadful mess
**** that , facist home secretary resigns
and immediately gets rehired under different leader

So parliament voted 354 to 7 in favour of backing the report that found Boris lied to parliament!
118 Tories backed the report, but 225 Conservative colleagues didn't turn up to vote! What a bunch of spineless *****, not willing to show the public where they stand, not least the prime minister and most of the cabinet who are unwilling to either criticise or back Boris!

The rest of his fanclub is already on GBeeBees, only expected that he follows suit. That channel only exists to create controversy in the rest of the media, nobody actually watches it!

Finally spineless Sunak has the ***** to sack the sack of hate home secretary.
Cleverly to replace her, not sure if that is a big improvement.
Rumours are that Cameron may replace Cleverly as foreign secretary. That certainly would be a big improvement in that role!

Its now official, Cameron is now foreign secretary and no doubt Sunaks last desperate hope to win the next election! Aparently he's the "Change" candidate don't you know!

For the people who don't think Brexit has been too soft, he will be seen as too pro EU and more likely so soften Brexit further with the EU. Don't forget, as foreign secretary, it will be him that is determining international trade policy.
For those who think Brexit was a mistake, Cameron will be seen as the fool at fault for Brexit!
Wither way, Cameron could cost more votes than he wins!

They are screwed regardless...this is Sunaks' last ditch effort to do something (anything) to make the party more popular, he tried the right wing bunch, and that has not gone well. Cameron will quit the moment it get tough anyways

Ironically, despite his unpopularity, he's probably the perfect choice for foreign secretary.

Thats the general problem of the FPTP electoral system that ends up with two major parties with a very broad range of political views.
Typically, Labour swings from centre left to far left e.g. Kinnock, Blair, Corbyn, Starmer but tend to align behind the leader of the day, with the centre left leaders becoming prime minister.
The Conservatives on the other hand, have generally remained centre right, because they know thats where the common ground is, however the right of the party are rebellious and have a habit of bringing down their own government through infighting. When they do this and it aligns with Labour being in a centre left phase, then Labour can get in. That's why John Major was able to win an election after Thatcher was toppled, but couldn't survive the sleaze when Blair came to power.
The public as a whole were never calling for a referendum on EU membership, but UKIP were making life difficult for the Conservatives, meaning the Lib Dems were able to gain a significant number of traditionally Tory seats as the Tories were losing just enough votes to UKIP to topple the balance, leading the the hung parliament and Con/Lib coalition in 2010.
This meant the Conservative right got a lot louder than normal arguing the party needed to appeal more to the right to win back the UKIP votes. Of course Cameron knew this was ridiculous knowing there was more votes to be won from Lib Dems than from UKIP - after all, Lib Dems had a healthy number of seats in parliament and UKIP had none! So his master plan was to shut up the UKIP/Conservative right argument for good by having an EU membership referendum. On paper, everything should have been good. Part 1 of the plan had gone swimmingly and he destroyed the Lib Dem vote and won a clear majority in 2015, thus actually proving his point, but by that point he'd promised the public a vote. Unfortunately, he massively over confident that the public would back remaining in the EU and so didn't really bother to really build a decent remain campaign which left an open goal for the leave campaign, backed by the right wing UK media to portray Brexit as the sunlit uplands - Brexit means whatever they hell you want it to mean!
The subsequent post Brexit chaos has given more strength to the right of the Conservatives to the extent that Boris was able to clean out the centrists at the 2019 election. In reality, both Theresa May and Boris Johnson should have lost those elections, but Jeremy Corbyn being far too left for the public support, meant that despite utter chaos in the Tories, they could still win the election. The common sense Tories are now all gone, the current party is just full of loonies, hence the need to give a peership to Cameron so they can get a centrist back in the cabinet.
With Labour now occupying the centre ground with Starmer in charge, Labour are poised to win the next election a-la-Blair. A centrist Tory party could still beat a centrist Labour party, but the election is next year and the level of scandal still running through the conservative party is so bad and the party is still too much on the right, I seriously doubt they can turn it around in time. Starmer currently doesn't need to do anything other than mark his centre ground and that Corbyn years are gone, the Conservatives will do the rest for him tearing themselves apart. I doubt Braverman will be going quietly!
...just need to get 30p Leenoch out now!

Like her or loath her, Suella Braverman called it in my eyes - she categorically said the Pro-Palestinian March on Saturday was going to go to hell in a handcart and she was proved right.... the far right/Tommy Robinson lot would probably have turned up anyway as it was Armistice Day and they were not having any of that....
It should have been cancelled...

It should be noted that all the trouble was with the far right groups while the pro Palestinian march was a peaceful affair attended with Muslims and Jews protesting peacefully side by side!

Would you believe, there are even people who believe Russia is not to blame for the war in Ukraine or Hammas can do no wrong in Gaza/Israel
