Lol . Wow, that’s quite an accusation 😂 wish that was the case bud. Btw I’ve been a member of scoobynet for years !! Honestly not sure why I’m a newbie still . I spent 1700 quid on these so that’s my motive to get my point across.

wrong .. as you can see above I said in one of my first messages
“These are full GrpA ET11.6 wheels which clearly they fettle with to allow fitment on a non GrpA car”
don’t call me out if you don’t read. I’m very chill thanks and deliver the facts on the wheels only. If you don’t like it don’t open the thread.

I have read and you aren't clear.

I am quite interested in the 18x8 +22 set that they offer, BUT I am positive it won't fit without extensive arch modifications. No way those will fit on standard unmodified arches.
On my GC I am currently running 17x9 +42 on beefy 255/40/17 tires with modified arches (rolled and pulled) , 3 degrees camber on the front 2 degrees in the rear and it is still a tight fit. According to calculations the 18x8 +22 wheels sticks out even further than 17x9 +42 by 7.5mm. I don't see it ever fitting standard arches at all, let alone with only a minor 2 degrees of camber.
This is what they consider as fitting a stock body GC. Definitely does not look like only 2 degrees of camber and I certainly don't consider this as normal road drive able. If I were you I would be prepared have to get the arches modified, but when you do manage to make them fit they will look spectacular. Please update this thread when you get the wheels.

I will have to upload you some
images of them fitted to my car when I get a chance. they fit better than I thought tbh, don’t get me wrong it’s tight but that’s obviously the whole idea of the group A look. However they are still within the body work. I went for 2.5 on the camber and lowered on coil overs based on their recommended limit. It’s a serious stance, can’t stop looking at it lol . Despite the tatty body work which is next on the list. . 🙄

I would love to have a set for myself to be honest.

Holdup1, I think Nossy was quite right, your description of the wheel is confusing. Yes it starts as a ET11.6 but the wheels you appear to have bought do not have an ET of 11.6.
So your poor communication appears to be the root misunderstanding.
Unfortunately, instead of explaining your statement (which everyone else on here clearly misinterpreted), you were rude and childish. People were trying to help you and instead of being graceful, you just made yourself look like a numpty!

So according to your other thread, the arches do actually need rolling then.

On this video you can see the amount of changes that were made to the standard arched shell , front wings cut up and pushed out , same for the rears , it looks subtle but they were modified a lot to fit

Yes I know they are not the same (well they are the same wheel , yours machined , mine as they left Speedline ) , I didn't say they were , I was showing the ET11 wheels on my car , and then the ET11 wheels from the original source Prodrive , and fitting them to the Group A Impreza , where you can see the amount of body changes they made to accommodate them, in the flesh , N1WRC looks like its had the rear quarters pushed out.
I'd say what they have done to your wheels is machine the backs down by 10mm to give the ET21mm offset , from what i can remember about the thickness on mine , not sure I'd do it .
I know what you mean about the front centre dish , as when I was building my car the WRC copy wheels were not available, so I bought copies with an ET46 , and fitted 35mm hub centric spacers to bring them out , looked great but the small centre dish bugged me .
Looking at the standard wings on that GC8 in your link with your modified wheels , I'd be very surprised if they didn't rub , when I fitted my copy speedline on my RA , with an ET of 46 , they rubbed , and they look a lot closer in the photo you linked
good luck with it and I hope it works out for you , in my opinion they are the best looking wheel on a GC8

It depends what surface it’s for. These wheels are a tarmac spec wheel after all. They ran very low ride height in the WRC.
Restricted compression is only in relation to ride height so it depends how low you want the car set up. I have it set up on coil overs about mid way compression which is where I would have it regardless of the wheel. That allows me a nice low ride height.
2 degrees negative camber is not a lot, great for what I will use the car for as a weekend toy.
