A friend has just purchased an Evo from JDM direct in Coventry and they seem very thorough.
The mileage is correct (he was shown the export certificate) and they are taking videos of the service work (oil, spark plug change etc.), I've never seen a garage do the latter!

Yes he did send a video of service to me as well,when I checked the oil level there was oil just on the tip of the dipstick(below minimum)

Tell him to do a CARVX check.. Import Certificates can easily be tampered with.

In regards to this post we would like to clarify with everyone that the vehicle was in fact sold in miles. The mileage was stated in the advert and is written on the invoice and we have proof of both.
The vehicle was sold on trade basis as he is a motor trader trading as Z A Motors based in leicester. The vehicle was advertised for £15,495 and sold to him for £12,500. He also purchased a white TME from us around the same time which was advertised for £16995 and sold to him for £13,000 trade sale. In the past he has also purchased other vehicles from us.
He checked both vehicles prior to purchasing them and was satisfied with the condition of them and was shown the condition reports from japan for both vehicles.
the vehicle which he is disputing mileage about is currently advertised by himself for £14,995 on ebay.
We wanted to clarify with everyone as his statements are libel and damaging to our reputation.

most traders wouldn’t bother
and also proving and telling actual facts rather than throwing jargon about certeinly puts a DIFFRENT light on the whole fackery

if yes why didn’t you raise an issue then?
If not why wouldn’t you if your paying over £10k for a high performance vehicle?
if I paid anything over £1k for a car I’ll check water oil etc before I even start it then let it warm up test drive then hand my cash over?

I have they seem nice but are a bunch of arseholes. Let's be honest if u gotta problem in the 1sr the months when there few 100 miles apart. It's a joke. Thay were sposed be gettin another front end as it was wrecked and they knew it
