I've done a japanesse hpi check

they lied about the auction grade too

If they have lied then you’re legally entitled to a full refund. How did you pay?

I made mistake not to,after noticing different mileage on the export certificate I thought to do the hpi

every jdm import car is clocked ( converted ) on arrival at uk garage. can I ask What the difference was from what was advertised and what you actually received.

198 kilometres on the auction sheet

I did ask is the mileage in kilometres or miles,I was told it's 123 kilometres by text

198km is 123k miles so maybe just a miss type when he said 123kms.

When I told them the cars been clocked they said we didn't know about this

Also text msg clearly saying mileage is in kms

oldest trick in the book. Buy high mileage KM, clock it to equivalent miles and pass off as KMs. I'd ask for a full refund if I was you. Too many newby importers are doing this. CARVX is the way forward before paying for any fresh import.

Always always pay for things on credit card. Instantly pay it off with the bank transfer. This way you have the protection from the credit card.. with bank transfer you’re as good as handling cash over.

what has the garage said? Have you asked for a refund
