That's good to know, the table was lovely and the woodwork. Really complimented the quirky building.
I couldn't work with Jimmy, he'd drive me nuts as I need to be far more organised. But you certainly can't fault his enthusiasm one bit and if it were not for that I doubt it would have got finished.
That 3D house scan certainly earned its money. That was great,
Look at us hard nut boy racer Subaru owners chatting about Grand Designs!!! hahaha
The 3D scanning was reasonably cheap, matters not that his place is complex. About £400 I think.
WOW, that's a bargain! I work on CAD daily and I would love to have a 3D model of my house!!!!
I’ll try to get the company name, they do everything from a scan to extension drawings to planning permission, I think the full package -structural survey was £1500 which is what I paid last time without the 3d scan. Game changer.
Shout If you fancy any wood stuff, yard is on the same road.
I really enjoyed this episode. I’ve got to ask though, why is the chap now selling? After all that stress and effort, surely it’s time to kick back and enjoy it for a while? Or is it a case of he borrowed that much money, he needs to raise funds to pay it all back?!
