Did you broquets work?
Rasher, AFAIK they would be installed in officially imported cars and not grey market which don't go through official channels if this makes sense.
AB, the recommendation is for 2 x 8-pellet units. You will have a split tank so one goes each side. There is no harm in putting extra in but I don't think you would get any significant extra increase in benefit.

Feedback indicates around 20 mins installation time for a DIYer. Access to tank via fuel gauge sender unit plate/s on side of tank. They won't go directly down the filler pipe. I believe some peeps have fitted by removing fuel pump and popping in that way. We urge caution as fuel tanks are dangerous things so ask a garage if you feel unsure. On older cars they can often be dropped straight in tank down filler pipe but cars with 'cats usually have a narrow gauge filler pipe, bend or anti-syphon device which means the Broquet unit/s cannot be introduced this way. David,
I think removing the rear seats also helps (at least, that's what my dealer showed me at the time)
It's then when I found out about my "rear solid bulkhead" which appeared to be a bit less solid than expected
)
I really hope we can talk in 30 years or so from now about this. I am a customer based on what Bob/John said, and the only thing I can say for sure is that the thing is still running flawlessly after 140.000 km. But I hope you can appreciate that it's impossible to say that is because
a) I'm lucky
b) the guy that tunes my car is pretty good
c) Broquet
I go for b) in the first place, and I'm sure you'll know that is not a dig at you.
Still, even though we don't alledgedly know about the P1 etc, I for one would be very interested to find out why the decision was taken to put your product in (perhaps, alledgely, etc). Someone must have said "let's call that Lock dude". I would give money to find out how & why that happened (if it happened of course, don't want to imply it did, maybe dwarfs put it in there

). It's b) and c) in equal measure. I have mailed you at your old address - if this has changed please mail me. David.
