Might be the kacky stickers, don't why people put them on look awful.

Only annoying thing is I like a CD player, got confused and bought the better spec non CD player version
And I've gone all pigged up
I don't know if because I've not polished the car since owning it or I've been unlucky since owning the car but there's now a scrape on the front and rear which were not there when I got the car. - I doubt they were there when purchased as I like to think I have an eye to spot damage but hopefully they will mop out.
Started to put the engine bay back to standard / original as I I've had enough of the Red Perrin stuff, so while I was at it I gave the engine a good clean. The only things left to change are the Red Forged hoses which will be done when the new ones arrive from Japan as I could find anywhere in the UK that stocks them. Subaru dealers could have got them for me but at twice the price as I got them for.....
Finally a new grill to complete the front of my Hawk now.
The original grill was 100% glued in which is why it snapped.
this cost me £110 from America with £20 delivery via ebay and that included import tax and handling.
Ebay delivery is the future for me
.
The plus is the chrome on the badge was starting to have black spots so it needed changing anyways
thanks man, it’s been a labour of love for a long time now :-)
The rear brakes are 6pot k-sports with a 356mm disc and pagid rst3 pads, probably a bit overkill if I’m honest so I’m having a play around with the overall braking set up this year

I'm not sure if this is the "done" thing.
This is a mock up of my rotated turbo effort.
I'm now going to pull the motor and replace the clutch as its started to bounce, as its out I'll refresh the motor (when say me I mean Alyn) and get some longer duration cams and vernier pullies.
Finished getting the rear end all back together today, just need to refit the exhaust along with a coupe of jobs on the front and she’s ready for this year :-)
Very nice set up Ian where will you take it for geometry ?
Thanks chap, I have been a big fan of FCM motorsport in Bristol in the past but this time I want to get it corner weighted and unfortunately they dont offer this service, so I have been talking to Garage Whifbitz in South Wales, they look like a good option.
Still got a few bits left to do before shes ready to roll, need to refit the steering UJ and replace a CV boot, I'm a plum and ordered the wrong one which I only found out when I went to fit it this morning so have to wait for the correct one to arrive next week. Then when the car is back on four wheels I need to get the garage door repair man round as the motor has burnt out and it wont open, and they cant replace it until the car is moved!
Some say it's pointless but one less key hole has to improve security. Or the looks at least 😃
So you are relying on the keyless entry function to unlock/lock the car??
What happens if your battery goes flat? Even the later keyless access (smart card) cars have an emergency key...........Which I've had to use on a couple of occassions.

in 17 years I've never had both fobs fail.
if they do I'll go through the boot as I'm small enough.
If I get really stuck I'm sure I could flick the unlock switch by putting a stick behind the glass and weather strip.
