NO!! its Electro Luminesent (spelling??)NEON, a thin Panel that you fix to your glass with double sided 3M tape (that comres in the kit!)
New to the country!! only two that i know of over here!! i have one and the guy that bought one off me saturday nites the other!!
they are wicked, it comes one with your likes and them as its wired to the brake lites...flashes when you touch the brakes!!!
how cools that??
that is the smallest size at 22x4.5", but i can get 22x5" and 30x4.5"
just something differant.
