Apple have done a magnificent job in turning you into a fanatic that you are.
Seriously, you should get a position as head of marketing, take neil here as your understudy he is slowly learning from the master.

lets try again Jack, you clearly have a problem with basic reading comprehension.

What matters to everyone apart from obsessive weirdo's on the spectrum like yourself is what they actually experience day to day themselves. No one else cares about "test" results if it it works in the real world.
I've had iphones since the 3G (just because I like them) and never had any reception, signal, overheating or anything else that would cause me to lose faith in the brand. It works for me and therefore I'm a satisfied consumer.
If Duncan's having problems he needs to change his sim, service provider or hardware. Probably in that order. And just man up and do it, rather than coming in here and bleating/trolling for a rise.

Get out of here with your real world experience.
I've had no signal loads of times all around the world, generally everyone around me is in the same boat - sometimes literally - but occasionally there's a winner and sometimes that winner is the iPhone.

Right , so got my 6s unlocked and girlfriends 6 unlocked
and slipped my sim into her phone , and guess what , internet is perfect!
while I was getting edge on my phone
And add insult to injury I'm now just over 12 months into contract , so what will apple do ?
I know full well voda have been mending their mast , but I always thought must be something amiss with phone as well

I think the fact my SIM in her phone pulls up a page on mobile internet straight away where mine will do the same but at dial up speed is pretty conclusive

But you don't have an iPhone 6. There were likely changes that were awesome for some, but not for you. It was the same for me until 4G arrived.
You may have a case for a refund, maybe an upgrade to the 7.

This one is ten months old, well when it started going wrong.
Thinking about it I'm pretty sure iv never had a phone that's made it through to the end contract all working . This is only second 24 month one iv had since '98 , if memory serves

Well the "genius" plugged it in did various stuff, and concluded there's no hardware problem
So that leaves software and apps
All I know is every phone iv had to date would get internet with couple bars and 3g showing.
This one refuses and/or very very slow

Definitely back up locally if your amount of iCloud storage does not cover your amount of files. Free will get you going again but paid is best.
