Yeah they're more like plastic rivets, so it's well worth getting a trim removal tool set instead.They aren't particularly expensive and I'm sure you'll use it more than once.

you needed a long T25 Torx screwdriver to remove the 4 screws (2 hidden away) - I simply kept one in the glove compartment, and could change a bulb as I was getting petrol, 5 min max

Side light bulbs on Blobeyes are an unnecessary pita, especially considering they do sweet fa.

Good idea, I'll search ebay for one at the same time as I have some rivets removed to check out sizes. I have a bag of different ones for the Scoob already. At least...I have if Mrs Alcazar hasn't "put it away" again...

As for tools, i've got a similar kit to this one. They come in handy far more often than you'd think.

Got to remove the front bumper and probably crash bar to change headlight on mine

id toothpaste the yellowness out but you can only do so much

Meguiars does a decent headlight refurbing kit, I think an electric drill is need to buff it though? I'll be doing my o/s light which has crazed where I used beam deflectors while in France.
