Could be that i guess.but they did get the percentages right . They just didnt forsee or reveal, that because of the system Trump was actually miles ahead.
It could just be a coincidence that there prdiction was still right i suppose
but you are just pointing out the vagaries of a first past the post system
like in tennis - where you can win the match but, actually win far fewer points simply by winning the points that actually matter
Trump won in the states that actually mattered
and I think you can form a UK government with a lower share of the national vote (compared to the major opposition)
these are all problems with a representative democratic system
and also US democracy is not simply about the election of the president, they have a the Senate and the House of Representatives

At the moment i'll concentrate on how a president can win an election.
I understand how it works and how he won . But i cant see why that system is how it should be.
Is their a reason that sharing out the electoral colleges in the states usnt a fairer more democratic way . Or is it not possabke for some reason?
For example a state has 10 electoral colleges red votes for 4 blue votes for 6 . And thats the amount they get each from that state instead of blue getting all 10.
It seems so basic i cant get why any other way should be done
I wanted trump to win .really just because i like the massive shake up it might cause as opposed to the same old with hillary (im hust pointing out im not complaining about the system because i wanted hillary to win)
I can see trump creating fresh new oligarchy, yank style
really, I see him more as a simple man of the people
here he is giving his first interview - with what looks like his <strike>family </strike> closet Whitehouse advisors siting on <strike>golden thrones</strike> simple chairs
“I'm going to make another prediction,” he said. “This one is not based on a system, it's just my gut. They don't want Trump as president, because they can't control him. He's unpredictable. They'd love to have Pence — an absolutely down the line, conservative, controllable Republican. And I'm quite certain Trump will give someone grounds for impeachment, either by doing something that endangers national security or because it helps his pocketbook.”
You may say that even you could predict that. I’d understand if you do.

In Century III, Quatrain 81, Nostradamus wrote: “The great shameless, audacious bawler. He will be elected governor of the army: The boldness of his contention.
“The bridge broken, the city faint from fear.”
In Century 1, 40, another prediction reads: “The false trumpet concealing madness will cause Byzantium to change its laws.”
Finally, in Quatrain 50, Nostradamus writes "the Republic of the big city” will engage in costly military operations, ordered by the “trumpet”, which has led to fears of nuclear war.
One user wrote on Facebook: “I pretty sure this is the start to Nostradamus' prediction of the Apocalypse.”
Another posted: “Nostradamus predicted this outcome. Nostradamus predicted after the trumpet wins, there will be a Great War! He predicted this 400 yrs ago!
“His prediction have all come true! I'm afraid America is going fall, compare us to Roma, we have to much debt, and we import more than we export, we are in serious trouble.”
Not sure i fancy making it to a post nuclear war world. Though you'd certainly make good money selling bomb shelters to preppers
Agreed the aftermath of a nuclear war could prove quite an adventure for the survivors. But I remember bomb shelters were good business back in the Cold War days.
Well, he may. Too early to speculate yet. See, Obama's cousin or half-brother (or something like that) apparently shares his ideology, so there's a possibility for at least one to get in.
