He doesnt have to post the video for anyone pressuring him. If there was no evidence the post on mlr would have been long gone. He's just riding it out sensibly and waiting for the MD to investigate and be given the chance to resolve it.

And the spin on words posted by kev? On Msoc?.. Whata load of crap, its not called being weird, its called being an enthusiast concerned about their car

I don't think their is a video, been using the clinic for a good few years now, and they have always looked after me and my car, and if the car was been ragged as claimed down the road, I'm confident be would have heard it from the office.... Just saying

This is why the vid should be shown imo, fair enough tho on the op,it's his case to deal with but now it's public and everyone is just not sure who or what to believe?
I'm sure it will hurt their business all this,I won't be the only one in two minds about using their services now!
I've only ever heard good things about them tbh.
I suppose we will have to wait to see how this all unfolds.

Not good for anyone involved ultimately.

Still nice to see the internets number one **** jockey has been found and called out over on MLR in post 180.

Took less than 50 posts for someone to realise what an ejit he is, I guess there's still some hope for EVO drivers.

I honestly wouldnt take my car anywhere else, I'm pretty sure anybody who has been to the clinic will be aware that it is that quiet in the surroundings you can literally hear cars coming over the hill and up the lane, and that is cars been driven very steadily, I had a thread on here last year about Robberham scoobies, that soon got removed though, even though i included pictures of receipts, and the SILICONE, that trashed my engine..

Remember the thread,I'm surprised this one hasn't been locked/removed yet.
Not good for Scooby clinic at all!
The Shelly motors thread was similar to this one but was proven they thrashed his car iirc

I might have a go at that, drive a few hundred miles with no issues, trick them into driving my car and then threaten them with video evidence of employees being dicks.

A lot of effort and fuel just to stitch them up wouldnt you think. Might aswell sit at home and pretend you went there!!

I think it happened, and hes just riding it out sensibly like I said above. Why should he post a damning video that ultimately affects the MDs business because of a couple of ******** that work for him. They can be sacked, he can be reimbursed and then its going to remain a reputable place to take your subaru

Just the way that post read it sounded as though he was there when it kicked off a bit. In other posts it said the manager was there as the owner was too busy.

Don't believe this for a second, the guys at scooby clinic are second to none in my experience.

I'd put my house on the fact that there isn't an incriminating video.

The simple fact this has appeared on several different forums says it all about the OP in my opinion. If you're going to spend all that time writing up a story you'd definitely want to show the world your "evidence".

I'll wait in anticipation if not expectation...

I believe the op, I bought a car off them. There was rust bubbles in places which I had specifically asked about ( raining when I got there so took there word about condition as they have a good rep on here), rear bumper had been into a post and had a big crease although body was described as excellent(got money off) the front brakes were horrendous was told to use them to clean them up see how it went rears not much better (apparently stripped and cleaned when replacing front disks at a later date but no evidence at all of that) front brakes were still crap and the customer service to rectify was appalling. Whole experience was horrendous.

I can quite believe it TBH. Many years ago wifey's scoob had a long brake pedal (strange that it's related to this also) after one local trader couldn't solve the problem we then took a 3 hour drive to the trader Involved and had a failing wheel bearing diagnosed. Fixed and drove back home the following day.

That said I have just read some more and see Kev's reply. Sitting on the fence until I see anything else.

Horrible times when your car does ger raped behind your back. I took my Supra to my local Toyota years ago and got a loan car for the day. Going in to collect it at the end of the day and my own car passed me at warp speed with some spotty little **** driving it in like a psychopath. Naturally i demanded blood and with the dashcam, back when quality wasn't so great i got a written apology, the tech got sacked and my next 3 services were free. Suffice it to say i sat in the bay watching them like a hawk. Pays to have a camera!

Tried to sell me a standard V reg turdo 2000 a few years ago, for £1500 stating that it "only" needed the sills welding, and arches, and needed an mot, and would benefit from a map. When I said I wasn't interested and bought another one for £800 the owner then targeted all my posts whenever I asked for help or parts.

In 7 years of owning Impreza's, using several different reputable garages (RCM, Carnetix, Enginetuner etc) I've found that Colonic are the only ones to slag off other peoples cars, work, businesses etc publically and their attitude stinks. Keep going back and spending money, they'll treat you like mates, complain about something or question it and they make it clear you'd be better shopping elsewhere.

Back on topic, I find it hard to believe the op would make up something that elaborate when he's not been ripped off financially but as people are stating, without video it could be a tall story.

Yet you buy cars to break and advertise Duncan dynamite on your pages for mapping days.
I've noticed your quick to jump on here slagging, cars, mods, etc but yet look in the mirror, and the fact you plainly denied it was you when asked and said it was your mate blah blah blah.
Liars I hate, I wouldn't of minded if you just said yeah that's me, but trying to impresionate 2 people is really sad.

Agreed, I haven't had my car long but have spoken to kev on emails about a problem I had and found him to be very helpful and would have def used.

However things like this put doubt in your mind which isn't fair on scooby clinic if not true.

Proof needed.
