However I think it has been said that several people saw the vid and said it showed nothing, makes you wonder if they saw the same vid

This story is everywhere now! Even on the M3 forum!
Funny how the actions of one individual can cause so much bad press for a company.

API are out of the running as they have gone to crap to by the looks of the thread on here, as for RCM sure they bummed someone for 11k not so long and unless you have deep pockets would not be most peoples first choice anyway.
While I still have mine, will always use Richard Henry in Bradford

The mighty dash cam comes in handy again! So annoying to think how the actions of a couple of people can ruin the reputation of a firm like this. Very sad.

I waited and waited for the video, at first I thought it was one of Subaru's shake down vids from rally GB.
Not good is an understatement

Shocking to see. Good on the OP for posting it.
Makes you wander how many times this has happened.
Trust is everything! When you hand over the keys you want them to look after it and take care of it not treat it like that, absolutely disgusting.

I have been there once and they dealt with my car like proper specialist, but that sort of behavior in that video is Liberties
.The boss should of definitely taken the matter seriously as that mechanic was taking the pi5s and could of damaged the mans car,no customer would expect their car to be treated like that.SJ.
