The simple watch face without numbers is close to the Swiss Clock. I don't think they'll ever open up watch faces, biggest seller on the app store would be this.
But it does not have the red second hand...I need that in my life
I sent an example to John Gruber asking him to suggest it to Phil Schiller
Was wondering today about the benefits of having steering wheel volume control in my car when the stereo is about 12 inches to the left.Oh, and voice control too just in case.
Don't see the benefits of the watch at all really?
I do, I know three people who have since decided there is not real reason to have one (cost to use). I don't have an iphone, so I got the sony smart watch 3, it's an acquired taste having a smart watch. I think I'd like the iwatch but the price tag ..

The steering wheel controls are to save you looking down when you're racing down the motorway at 155mph .. the voice control at the moment is more of Phone advantage I find, I wouldn't try and scroll through my phone list via the menu when driving, but I press the voice button and say "call home" and pretty much 10/10 times it phones the correct contact.
As for the watch, work bought me an iPhone 6s so I thought sod it and for me the message/email display on the watch are exactly what I need. I spend my life in meetings so a quick glance lets me know if I need to excuse myself without having to check my phone. I also look after a 24/7 team, so when I'm not in work I can see what's going on and if I need to get in touch without being logged on, or going through emails, takes me less than 3 seconds to flick my wrist see the title and carry on.
Very good. I need to start using the heart beat monitor in the gym
The heart rate integration with Strava really is trash, HealthKit on the iPhone has a much better picture, but Strava does a bad job of reading it - probably not their fault - Watch OS3 will fix that but I suspect battery life will suffer.
Why are people so negative on here ? the guy wanted an Apple Watch, his money so he can do what he wants with it!. my friend has an Apple Watch and it's a good bit of kit! Wears it everyday (at work) and there's not a mark on it. Obviously won't be everyone's cup of tea but that's life. If someone owns something that I wouldn't buy I wouldn't abuse them though.
Okay mate abuse is probably the wrong word! I've had a few watches over the years and when it comes to the battery going I never bother replacing them..I'm tempted with an Apple Watch but the only thing holding me back is the fact that I've got everything on my iPhone
