Undefended claims automatically go through as "won" irrespective of how meritorious the claim actually is.

Its a matter of process.
This strikes me as the more likely outcome tbh.

Yes of course, undefended cases usually automatically go in the favour of the person bringing the case to a small claims court. But equally there is nothing wrong with standing up for your rights as a consumer if you feel aggrieved with a product as a result of a misleading claim. I'm waiting with bated breath to hear of Jack's case against Mars Inc.

I believe the case was brought along the lines of "well it didn't say don't put toast in your VCR" type thing. Obviously it being the USA, they went for it.....

The same could've happened with any phone, more so with smart phones because of the power density of the battery and the device packaging.

So you think he did the right thing, that the judgement is correct? Don't think this only affects Apple, they're not the first to state that something is resistant and now there's precedent. Idiots like this affect us all.

You need a Suunto if you want to ride underwater.

I can't wait for WatchOS 3, the accuracy of tracking without GPS is quite frankly amazing, and of course doesn't need to see the sky.

Isn't that just triangulation from the cell towers and referencing other apple devices in the proximity??

All my straps are non- apple and well pleased with them. Right now I am sporting a space grey milanese loop ( got it months before apple released theirs ) and only £28. Does everything the apple branded ones do.

Next one will be a nomad one , maybe a xmas present.

As far as I am concerned , let apple do the watch and let me buy third party straps. works for me

I'm still on my release day Black Band only very slight indications of wear. I'm tempted by another but I can live with this one for another year or two.

Got to say WatchOS 3 was a surprise to me, like a lot of people I was expecting a new watch before such a huge refresh, like Garmin.

Good work Apple.

Just shows how much of a rip off these are, they're advertised for £420 here https://buy.garmin.com/en-GB/GB/spor...rod137024.html and you better be running fast if you're wearing a watch that looks like that.

WatchOS 3 is certainly a step in the right direction. My only regret is they did not open up the watch face api to third party as I think that would have been perfect timing. I know the whole end to end experience is what apple tightly controls but in reality if they did, most people would try different ones and then revert back to the apple ones as they are ultimately more polished.

If they had done, I only wanted one watch face and that was the swiss railway clock. oh and maybe the classic flip down clock. Now those two would be cool.

I think the release of the watchOS will coincidence with Watch 2, my guess.

Spring next year for new watch is my guess.

The simple watch face without numbers is close to the Swiss Clock. I don't think they'll ever open up watch faces, biggest seller on the app store would be this.

Are you saying you can't zoom out? As in put two fingers on the screen and move them at the same time?
