The argument is invalid as the UK doesn't have Twinscroll cars do they?

Like comparing UK/Euro cars with JDM...and we all know the outcome and winner of that one.

From someone who actually has owned a WRX and and Sti for a good few years with each, the sti wins hands down as the better performance car

Best thread every.

Ditch being a moron about his poverty car, and all the other poverty owners declaring their love for the cheap car , because thats all they could afford.

STI's for London are perfect. WRX's get laughed at.

STI ENVY
JDM ENVY

No one has WRX Envy.

I bid you good night, consider yourselves told.

Do you really think all WRX owners own a WRX because they couldn't afford an STi?

Do you realise how boring and primitive you are... and that you repeat the same boring rubbish time and time again... and barely ever write anything remotely interesting, constructive, or comical?

Your answers to the above questions are probably 'no', 'yes', and 'no', because you're really thick!
1. Irrelevant.

2. Or course, it isn't rocket science.

3. No proof, didn't happen.

STI also stands for Sexually Transmitted Infection.

Nothing to brag about...

Having read this thread, and realising what a massive mistake they've made, I bet a shocked Subaru Japan is busily swappping the badges over on these cars and swapping the price tags too!

The only thing that annoys me with the WRX is that when the young kids at work tell me that they raced and beat a Impreza in there Renault Clio Sport or Vauxhall Corsa VXR, and I then have to explain the difference in the Impreza range, and that some Impreza's like the WRX have only 215bhp-225bhp, and that if they try the same thing against a proper STi they would get the **** handed to them!!

It does get annoying sometimes, having to tell them that it may have a big spoiler on the back and STi on the fog covers but not all Impreza's are running over 300bhp!!!

Erm, no badge on my boot, and my twinscroll turbo produces little lag, and my JDM suspension is very designed for most road surfaces.

So, what else did you want to say?

My Audio TDI Quattro S Line Black Edition, also is about triple the price of your chav chariot...so what was that about poor?

and Plonker of the year goes to the newbie! LMAO so much it hurts.

This line always makes me laugh......So, just because a WRX owner has browsed the Snet classifieds and picked up parts removed from an STI like, a VF35, 550cc injectors, STI TMIC and had it all sewn together with mapping it somehow now makes the WRX a better car than the car the parts came from.

When these WRX vs STI threads arise(which is quite often) people should really listen to those who have owned both models instead of those who have only owned the lowly WRX.....Simples.

Its like the 'ugly ginger fat kid with BO at school wit' syndrome for them. They can't be who they want to be, so they fight with the big lads to prove their worth, knowing they are inferior.

And I counter bet that most Sti are running considerably more power than the standard Sti, many well over 400bhp. Unfortunately the WRX will have blown its engine or gearbox apart well before that power level is reached.

Infact a 50 pound decat and 200 remap and 30 pound panel filter will see 280odd bhp and will see off a sti like nothing
