Thanks. Yeah I thought it was quite high. they said they didn't hear where it was coming from. Il get the heads off soon and if that's the issue get them rebuilt. Have read about a few issues with the exhaust valves on avcs.

yep there poo, ive just had supertech valves guides and seals done on mine. could poss be rings, whats the milage as your number's are very even. is there much blowbe, take oil filler cap off and see if there is excesive amounts of gas's coming out. could be worn rings...

It's done 83k now. Where about did you get valves from? Have read a few avcs symptoms and some can relate to mine. Il check later for pressure from oil cap. Thanks
