I suggest you discuss your costs with dpd. Because I worked for company who used dpd and any parcel up to 30kg next day UK delivery with text 1 hr slot cost us £6.50 not £10.50

I think dpd have had your pants down

 

It works on volume , we average 50 parcels a week with them , if you do more you get better rates
