Wow that's impressive figures on that spec ,

TGV And Air pump delete , are these worth doing ? And where can I look at buying the delete kits ? As I'm going in for
Mapping soon so would like to do it before the map ?

Imo they will only cause Argo later on down the line when they start going wrong so why not get rid of them before they start costing you money and Argo to put right ,, TGV delete can be got quite easy from many breakers or eBay ,, air pump deletes are expensive for what they are so iv just made two bits of alloy the same shape as the pipe work and used them to block the holes , done this twice and has been fine ,, new turbo fitted now but iv maxed my injectors at 420bhp and 450flbs @1.1bar so upgrading the whole fuel system then back to mapping and hopefully see 450/470

Fair enough thanks for the advice

Would you say there is any bhp gain from TGV or air pump delete ?

Possibly a slight gain from the TGV delete but not much and the air pump is for emissions from what iv been told so don't think it would make any gains really ,, both are for emissions but the TGV can cause a restriction with higher bhp

So this is what o currently have fitted and what I plan to fit next . Can anyone think of anything else I may of missed that I should do ? Even if it's a small mod like the air pump delete !

New Genuine 330s block
Mahle forged Pistons
Mahle rods
New Genuine crank
ACL TRI steel race bearings
Uprated oil pump
Cosworth head hasket
Cosworth head bolts
AEM Induction kit
Updated ngk iridium plugs from scoobyclinic
H&S decat pipe
Prodrive second decat pipe
Pro drive cat back system
All new earths plus additional

To fit:
Air pump delete
TGV delete
Headers and up pipe
Front mount intercooler

Then I'll save for a new turbo.
Have I missed anything ?

Don't think it's egr, there butterfly valve in the inlet that open and shut for emmions ,, if got a forced performance red from the states , not much info on them over here but seems to be working well so far and making the expected numbers

You're right there is butterfly valves in the two inlets, you
Can simply remove the guts
Or
Buy ones already done but will
Require codes taking out or will
Go into limp mode !
