lol, its a choice to be on here, just remember that
It's a free country, brother. Like I wrote, a lot of threads on here make interesting reading, and most members seem like decent guys. It just happens to be my opinion that I think there's sometimes unnecessary animosity, especially towards new members. I'm sure if you joined a forum you wouldn't appreciate being ridiculed in your opening few posts. Anyway, I think I've made my point!
With you being a WRX owner with bolt on STI spoiler, it would quite frankly scare the **** out of you, but it will also make you realise how much of a mistake you made buying a wrx

The same engine as the sti 4 yes? Erm yes, I've driven, sorry, owned one. Now put your **** away.
I did, you didn't miss it, you car isn't quick enough to miss it
Sorry a other WRX driver joins the thread, I have owned mine 7 and a half years and DROVE 80,000 + miles in it. I see WRXs as the drivers cars on here used day in day out and the type Rs and STIs as bit part cars that the owners talk about driving but never seem to get round to doing. I am about to jump in mine and pop up to Glasgow and stick around a 100 miles on it today, how many miles have you done this week ?.
I drive my car everyday, I don't believe in 'weekend' cars.
You see WRX's as the 'drivers' because they are cheaper to insure and tax, meaning council estate degenerates can afford them, nothing to do with mileage or being a 'drivers' car.
I ve been rumbled £500 a year tax £400 insurance and £3,000 fuel a year, just put £120 of oil in engine and gearbox and is getting new alloy front arms, pro drive suspension, ARBs and a geo done no tacky Sti Bolt on,s here. I also have a new boot lid and A line spoilers to be painted and fitted and a refurb done to my Work XT7s sorry to disappoint. A type R would have been more expensive to run ,how ?, pity they don't do them in 4 door as I need them for the grandkids.
