If I can get a mint sti for 7K then it would be done deal in my eyes but all the ones I'm seeing atm are 'wide tracks' 8k+ I do have time on my side as I've either gotta sell my 3series private or part x with a dealer/garage.

Daily driver doing reasonable amount of miles = WRX

Fewer miles / weekend car with Ideas about more power / modding and a few track days a year = STI

It really is as simple as that.

P.S; Blue seats and carpet = GASH.

I wouldn't say every sti is GASH because of the blue seats. And is there an impreza with blue carpets? That would be GASH.

Thanks mate yes It will be an every day car doing about 20 miles a day to work ect. I have my pug for track days so it wont be getting thrashed round track, i just want the best spec for the money.
I am leaning towards the STI as i cba keep changing cars to get better specs i like to just get the best one i can 1st time round as I do like to keep my cars for a long time.
is the servicing costs much different between the WRX vs STI as usual do servicing x2 a year.
