I'm only just 30+ ....My standards are pretty low (love you wife if you read this) but even I'm not that bad ..
Well, it's not hard to guess, is it? You talk about your wife, kids, house, job etc. You must be 30+. <shrugs>
Anyway, Good lad. Never cheat on your missus
, even with a condom, and even with Kate Middleton, if you can help it.

I can't promise if Kate turns up at my house with her knickers in her hand begging me, I would have the strength to turn her away .. but I'd try
Come down to Caernarfon area. Superb. Dinas dinlle beach is lovely and you have Caernarfon Airport right next to it.

And not far from there you have Glynllifon Estate. Beautyfull

All on the foot of Snowdonia.

And of course, more sheep than you could shake your ***** at!

LOL you guys (both you and Pimmo) are so young that it makes me feel ancient, man! I have a son who's 27.
Fuzzed up crappy picture, but here here is my 27 YO son, donating in a Saint Trillo's Chapel at Rhos-on-Sea; a tiny chapel as small as 3.3m by 4m with 6 wooden seats to it:

I do have better picture of this micro chapel on my iPhone, but it is currently busy.
This is my boy again, at Penmeanmawr seaside, complementing the urban touch
:
This is my 23 YO girl, not promoting half-nakkid people lying on the Llangollen river stone under the hot sun, but the ducks.
Much better pic with better capture of the waters.:
This is a very peaceful Loggerheads walk with very many invisibles souls walking about with you:

I have so many wonderful images of the heaven I live in that I can’t get enough of it myself!

The river in Llan is fast flowing.

It’s great fun to sit and have a coffee at the Dee Side Café dock, ands see the canoes tipping over in water.

The other side of the bridge is quite deep, and yes, the drunk idiots on a nice sunny day jump right it from the top of the bridge for fun, although it is supposed to be legally banned.
Nice beach though at least it was last time visited around 1994 year.would along the beach from Towyn to Aberdovey, and used to have some nice walks along the Barmouth bridge, plus would follow the old railway track along the estuary from the Barmouth bridge to the pub with wooden bridge toll crossing.Just wondering if our names are still written on the bridge, although some of the writing is going back to the 80's so I doubt it.

Back on topic, Llangollen really is a lovely corner of the world. The first time I ever discovered the joys of 50/59 chips and rice with a curry was on a holiday to Llangollen.
No need to oops. You could be old enough to be her dad, for what we know.
Yes, both my kids are good looking. That's what happens when people have good looking parents. They turn out to be good looking products.

I wonder where you ate there.
There's a good Indian restaurant there as well.
Have you been on the horse drawn canal boat? Although it's drawn by stout Derbyshire horses, they only have about 2 BHP each, and they don't half chug, man! But that is the idea, so that you can just relax and forget about all your worries while in soothing your eyes with the scenery and floating calmly in a slow boat; at the rhythm of the horses' clippety clopping. Do have a ride it in next time, if you haven't yet done it.
Lot of Americans and Australians come to Llangollen, and absolutely adore those horse drawn boats on the canal, and of course, the Llangollen steam train!
I'll find the pictures of Llan's horse drawn boat and the choo choo train, and stick them here.

My internet persona doesn't make me out to be that old does it? In reality I'm only 27. I wonder where you ate there.

Just figured out it was Cenarth I was talking about with the rice/chips thing. Was only a pub spec chicken tikka but to a 12 year old me, being told I could have chips and rice was like being told they were going to buy me a car.

You do come across to be a decent and an intelligent young man, then. Shame she's going out with a zoologist of her age from her uni atm. He's very decent and intelligent, too. He gave her a thick book on the history of mankind for her birthday. Eddie Redmayne lookalike skinny boy with a mind of Stephen Hawkins.
My bad, I was confusing Llangollen with somewhere else, although I have been canoeing down that stretch of the Dee and driven through on the way to other equally pretty parts of Wales.

Oh, right!

Llandudno is nice, ish,
Criccieth, and porthlendeen, (definately not spelt properley, where the pub is on the beach),
Has anyone else found any other nice little nooks and crannies in north Wales, were front teeth are not optional?

Not keen on Llandudno. Just one monotonous beach with no dramatic sea action or eye catching slow motion. The theatre puts on good shows, though. Mind you, the last one I saw there was rubbish. I went along with a friend, because she had a spare ticket to sell. Must have bought it on Groupon for 2 quid each, I suppose. It was some international circus. Terribly silly and embarrassing. Waste of my hard earned 25 quid, because that's what I paid for the ticket to her. Efficient venue for conferences, and they provide tasteful coffee in them.
