Oh, right. In that case, good post from SouthWalesSam on behalf of Chris Harris.

Ok, what about Jack Clark, then? Is JC into Apple at all?

I say PS or Jack, because these are the guys with their extra ordinary potential to wind people up here, and in the process, give a lot of laughter to others. These two do not necessarily go around being virtually violent to anyone like JC, but they have virtually bruised some very big egos here on SN.

I remember that thread.

Talking about handling dynamics or aerodynamics, IIRC. Then, out of nowhere, JP comes on for the first time and posts something akin to, 'Pissing myself laughing here - the biggest loads of bollocks I've ever heard.'

Then, the resident know-it-all of that thread responds with something like, "Of course, if you were really JP, then you'd know that you're wrong...yada, yada..."

It was priceless when JP subsequently posted a selfie (IIRC, next to a jar of Marmite or something like that).

That poster went all quiet all of a sudden.

...Then all the inevitable sycophantic, ***-licking fawning started.

Gotta love PH.

Nah the best Jason Plato thread was this one. To summarise, guy bumps into Plato outside laundrette and gets all stalkery, Plato gets freaked and runs away. Guy then posts thread on Pistonheads bitching about Plato being an **** hole. Plato then replies to thread asking OP how he'd react if some random weirdo accosted him whilst he was going about his daily business. Cue custard test (a rather questionable jumper), the OP disappearing and the thread being entered into the hallowed halls of Pistonheads legend.

Lol, I remember that thread, the guy was holding onto his hand after shaking it for some uncomfortable amount of time and had been waiting for him to come back to his car, proper stalker weirdo type.

I knew about that because someone put up a link to it on SN.

I've just done some search on Jason Plato. Not a stalker here meself for I didn't even know the name Jason Plato before I read that PH thread. I still don't know who he is tbh.

Anyway, what I'm to point out is that a persona called Jason Plato only made about 28-29 posts since 2009 on PH. I think he only posted there on PH that time, to clear his name for his authentic fans. He may have made a few more random posts there on other couple of threads, but over 6 years if he only collected 28 posts, then he's no regular there.

Mind you, if Jeremy Clarkson makes even one post here on SN, that would crash the whole SN website for at least an hour, and everyone here will think that JC will always be lurking in the backgrounds here. I think that will depend on how desperate JC becomes, after getting a boot from the BBC.

Nope he's a d1ck head and a bit full of himself, but then again he is a racing driver.

I hear he once had a 1hr flying lesson in a cessna tomahawk too.

from Yahoo News

The 'Top Gear' live shows, planned for later this year, will be fulfilled with Jeremy Clarkson appearing, the BBC has confirmed.

But the shows will be stripped of all 'Top Gear' branding, being renamed 'Clarkson, Hammond and May Live'.

The shows, which were already booked up, are set to take place in the UK, Australia, Norway and South Africa.

But they will not be allowed to show clips from the series, nor will they be allowed to feature The Stig.

A spokesperson for BBC Worldwide said: “So as not to disappoint the thousands of people around the world who have already purchased tickets, BBC Worldwide has agreed with our joint venture partner Brand Events that the remainder of the tour can continue.

“These events will not however feature any BBC Top Gear branding or content. We believe this is a sensible approach in the circumstances"

We know that three of them will be alright, but this goes to show how one team member's stupidity can also affect other innocent team members. May and Hammond can't be impressed with all that.

What did the two say about JC's recent stupidity that has brought all that upon? It didn't come in my awareness to look for what May's and Hammond's views are, on that.
