The swoosh/sweeping gauges came in the JDM blobs MY03 onwards and the UK hawk eye MY06 onwards, My 03 JDM Spec-C has them with matching amber Defi gauges

No it is correct, my NON litchfield spec-c has sweeping dials and so have a lot of the posters spec-C's in that thread, There are a few that don't but nobody knows why, Errols post was referring to the MY06/07 cars
