You don't have to pay extra to be a passenger in another car if you've already got a driver wristband.

Passengers are free at Llandow too. Just need to sign form and get wristband. Taken family and friends out many times without paying extra.

Right ladies and gents. we have 21 names so its decision time Matthew is being chased by a women (which is always good imo but llandow would like us to book to keep that date. So we have 21 names at present, if we go with 21 the cost goes up to £128 per car. What are your thoughts. Matt has asked for an extension until the end of jan. If you are willing as myself and Matt are to go ahead with 21 and pay extra we can look to book it but we will need the money paying upfront as to not take any risk. It's in your hands gents let us know what you want to do and we'll do it? We're happy to hold Fire to keep price down but we won't get this date.

Thats what i have asked for as a minimum.

Of course if you pay the £128 in the next few days and then 9 people join in and pay up before the end of the month, then you would get a reimbursement of £38 back to the original price.

Guys, we have noticed abit of a calculation error in our pricing.

Llandow are charging vat for the day and we didnt include this in the price of the day.

The pricing should be £106 per car not £90.

We understand if you want to pull out but we are still limiting the day to 30 cars to give peeps more track time.

You just need to drive it your own skill level and enjoy it

Orite, yea no problem. Only thing I am a little worried about is say 15-20 of use pay for this and a few on the list don't are we then all meant to pay extra again?

This is the issue we have, the total cost is £3180 inc vat for the day and Llandow sre asking for the amount.

If i can get them to agree to hold payment till the end of the month, great as we'll only pay £106 inc vat. if we dont get 30 members and all the payments in time, we.'ll all decide to either pay extra for what numbers we have or cancel the day.

We cant expect anyone to pay this amount and potentially be massively out of pocket.
