Nothing yet. P4D has sent me a claims form through the post should be here soon. I also spoke with ASB again saying we need to sort this and it was his responsibility. He seemed fine with it and i think is going to help me sort this now. I think hes waiting for a copy of the signature then ill send him mine and my mums to prove its not ours then go from there.
Hopefully it gets resolved sharpish as still no money or no turbo.

I would put more and more pressure on the courier. Say you will wait in for the driver to come around. I know you have been through crap but I would call daily Id want to know the driver who was on that route that day.
I would even be tempted to use X company to collect a parcel from yours to see the outcome.

I know mate. Its really frustrating me now nearly 2 weeks and still no closer to getting my money back.
Ive heard nothing back from the seller, heard nothing from paypal since the day it apparently was posted and parcel company has gone quiet.
Just contacted citizens advice to see where i need to go from here. Im not letting either of them get away with this and i have nothing

For £500 I'd be round his house knocking on his door to politely ask if he would please give me my money back, before I tear him a new **** hole in his head.![Big Grin](images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
And leave him to deal with HIS sh1tty courier.
Edit to add; Obviously I'd be standing behind my mate Shreksta while I said it.

I worked as a contracts manger for several years for T.N.T and done a couple of years at city link and other well known courier firms. My advice would be to both email and call City Link head office and politely ask to speak with head of customer services or with their security department. Explain your circumstances regarding the driver repeatedly failing to visit to help get it resolved and how poor your customer service has been. Although you didnt book with them direct they will still take this very seriously and you are a customer in a chain.
Ive experienced several times drivers misreading thier delivery sheets and delivering parcels to the wrong addresses both signed and unsigned for, left in gardens etc. On most occasions the driver will return to wherever the parcel was actually delivered to and then hopefully recover it and deliver it to the correct address. On more than one occasion the police has been involved and the driver questioned etc. A lot of the work is done by subcontractors using their own vehicles and their are many should we say unscrupulous characters.
Call head office, they will take it seriously and kick some asses until its resolved, to be fair city link has a fairly good security procedure, now damaged goods thats another story lol.
Hope you get it resolved soon mate.
P.s maybe the seller will grow a conscience in the mean while and refund you, as this is his job to be doing this

The reply from city link....
Good Afternoon Mr. Jamie Jerkovic,
Thank you for contacting City Link.
An instigation was carried out regarding the delivery of the parcel you expected. The driver has advised he delivered the parcel to the correct address.
If you have not received the parcel I would advise you to contact your sender or the 3rd party if you booked the delivery yourself to start a claim for the item.
Unfortunately as the payments you have made have not been made to City Link we are unable to refund any amount.
I apologise for any inconvenience
This is really ******* me off now why doesnt anyone seem
Interested
