Not a chance lmao I've been giving it some thought think I'm gonna fix the car and replace the box and diff then sell it on and let someone else enjoy it I can't afford to run it atm and these cars can't be ran on tight budgets So will be for sale once I've fixed it

I used to be a high court enforcement officer and van driver got laid off due to the company no longer needing me last in first out sort of situation I've applied for most van driver jobs and even tried for landrover problem I have is I don't have experience doing much I worked for the council for 10 years doing highway cleansing and bin collection the. Just under 2 years as a high court bailiff so as U can imagine doesn't exactly look great on a cv lol

Ater speaking with his dad and also speaking with someone impartial who was present for his court case this is what ive been told.
He was randomly aproached out the blue via facebook by the said girl. The girl apparently led him to believe she was almost 19 and could quite easily have passed as such judging by her facebook pitcures dressed up on nights out etc. Again apparently her facebook profile was a second profile with limited pictures and friends with no clues to her real age. After exchanging messages and phone calls they met up one night when she was out with older friends and apparently looked much older than she actually was.
I was told he later found out due to a post on her facebook page with a reference to her school what her actual age was and ended it immediately. The girl apparently was then upset and then told her friends about it and claimed he knew her real age. One of her freinds reported it to a teacher and the teacher rightly reported it to the police. The girl then apprently denied ever claiming to be 18.
The lads family are taking legal action against the newspaper as has been confirmed by a third party in the court room that he was never charged or even accused of ever having actual "sex" with the girl as the newspaper stated. I was told his lawyer had advised him to plead guilty to what he was actually charged with for fear of a harsh sentence if found guilty in light of all the recent media cases regarding the sexual exploitation of young girls. The judge apparently acknowledged that he was telling the truth about the girl first pursuing him after examining both their computers but there was no refrence to her age either way as this was apperntly spoken about via a phone call.
As he had pleaded guilty he was sentenced to 4 years which is apparently the minimum a judge can now give following new guidelines that have been brought in.
To be fair as others on here will tell you hes a likeable lad and if im to believe what ive been told this could be a bit of a sad situation for all concerned and something that could happen to any young lad on a night out etc without verifying their real age first.

The bit about him not having actual intercourse with her and that she persued him i believe to be true as i was told this by somebody impartial who attended the sentencing. I dont recall what the actual charge was but like you i was confused by the sentence handed down. Im not going to post any more on this this out of respect for the lads dad who is still a neighbor of mine. I only posted it as i know hes attended lots of meets and quite a few people on here know him.

What I don't understand in some of these cases like this, the police don't do anything about some perps and leave them be

but she was 13 years old thats just started secondary school, there is no way in gods earth would she look anywhere near 16 years old, let alone 18/19 like he said, especially as Craig is nearly 30 years old!!
End of the day he has been caught and been sentenced and he is doing the time now, I cant see the newspaper just publishing a story with Craigs full name and address if they didnt know the full facts, as they know that they can get sued etc!! But im quite shocked to be honest as ive spoken to him plenty of times on Scoobynet(forums/pm's) and at a meet last year, but it sickens me to think that he has done that to a child!!
