It's a demonstration series to get the industry/public involved. You won't properly know how formula E will be untill next season when it becomes a proper formula series.

Yeah I thought he was a gonna too, my heart sank when I saw that, I was surprised to see him get out so easily and go and have a go at Prost.

Not really. A lot of oldies hammer after the 'good old days', which, unfortunately contained a lot more danger. If the driver/driver's made a mistake, there was a good chance that they would be injured. The whole 'racing was better' argument also doesn't wash.

I have never understood this to be honest as if you actually look at the sector times throughout a race, the cars are a lot closer today.

I was only kidding chip. Don't get so worked up about your age. I know you can't help it!
