Up to 320 miles now. Probably going to get the map tweaked around 700 miles or so as it'll be pretty much run in by then anyway. Also thinking of fitting some HSD coilovers as the stock struts and prodrive springs are a bit past it now.
The HSDs I had on my wagon were way too hard, even on the softest setting. Switched them for some MeisterRs and they're much better!

i had hsd mate, best thing i did was remove them and fit tein flex z
Or if you can hold on, I suspect my FSTI will be going to a breakers next week as he head gasket is showing signs of failure now. My MeisterR ZetaCRD+ coilovers will fit your car (as they are the newage Impreza GD 100 pcd versions) and be up for sale by the breaker once the deal is done.
522 Miles on the clock now . I'll be switching to Millers CFS 10w50 at about 620 miles, hopefully this weekend if I can fit some miles in during the week.
Changed the oil yesterday to Milers CFS 10w50, on about 635 miles now I think. Noticed an oil leak though, looks to be coming from around the back of the sump, then running down and dripping off. I had a look with the LED on my phone and it either looks to be the sump gasket / seal or maybe the rear main seal. It doesn't appear to leak whilst it's parked up as it's not leaving any drops of oil etc. I need to get my endoscope camera up there to take a look. If it's the rear main seal then that's going to be an engine out job to replace Sorting the sump seal can be done with the engine in as far as I know, but still not exactly a fun job. Especially on an engine that's barely done any miles
Had a bit more of a nose around. I think the sump has a hairline crack in it that only leaks when the oil is warm and thin enough. Then it blows off and covers everything else.
It's dented, I don't remember it being dented when I sent the engine back for repair so not sure how or why it's happened.
Can see in the picture it's dented near the sump plug. Which I think has split it.

Pot hole or a raised manhole wrecked an engine in a couple of hundred yards once, Hit a raised manhole cover (road was getting resurfaced) pushed the sump up against the lift pipe and starved it of oil. Road services paid out cause no signs or indication of the work in progress.

The dent on mine has been caused whilst the engine has been out, its at the rear of the sump next to the subframe. Looks like it's been dropped on the corner or something.
Did you catch it with the jack when doing the oil change. Considering you've done 5 or 6 hundred miles it hard to believe you haven't noticed any oil loss or drips.

I think I'd notice if the jack slipped and hit the sump as it would scare the living **** out of you, the sump was was like it when it went into the car after having it returned from WMS.
I have noticed a bit of oil loss. It only leaks when the oil is thin enough to get through the crack. 10w50 hasn't actually made it out yet

Did'nt say slipped said caught it with the jack whilst lifting on the jacking point easily done. All you posts say all fluids ok. That's what made me think
It's on around 740 miles now I think so pretty much done running in etc. I've been giving it full boost occasionally and it hasn't blown up and AFR's look good, haven't taken it past 5k or so on full chat though as yet. Tweak is mainly just to check it's safe, maybe a little more boost, and look at the closed loop fuelling as it's outrageously expensive to run
