Do moderates or Asian atheists feel Islamification of the UK (Halal/Operation Trojan Horse etc) is real or just right-wing propaganda?
Do you actually expect a serious reply after all that tripe you posted?

I wonder if the amount of Muslims who will now have bacon and ham in their subway sandwiches outweighs the number of White British who will now shun subway out of principle.

The thing that made me laugh abhor this though is that surely no Muslim would TRY the bacon and egg/ham and cheese subway in the past, and may not even like it lol.

And I think it speaks volumes that subway have chosen to do it here yet won't be doing the same in the US.

https://www.facebook.com/subway

Looks like Subway are getting a very hostile reaction from 90% of the country who aren't permitted to eat food sacrificed to idols.

Slaughtering an animal without stunning it first is illegal in Britain, apart from on religious grounds, with Muslims and Jews granted special dispensation.

Says it all really doesn't it.
I hope subway sales are seriously affected. F#%king joke.
Take your Islamic beliefs and do one. I for one will not be forced in to Islamic law.
Halal meat is basically animal torture.

We cater to 5% of the Countries religious needs but unbeknownst to most of us Christians/Spiritual Christians (we all celebrate Xmas/Easter/get married before God/uphold Christian values and get buried in holy ground etc etc) the bible forbids us to eat sacrificed or strangled food. Act 15:29.

Basically circa 85% of the country are breaking religious laws.

I'm bored of this country ***** footing around the Muslim religion. It seems everyday that something or another gets changed in fear of upsetting the Muslim community in this country.

That's answered my question from page 1 guys its one company's decision and it's actually down to the franchise holder of the store, not Subway themselves. It's not like Burger King or McDonalds have actually started converting under the radar or something, it's not a conspiracy.

From a purely business point of view surely it would be better to "appeal" to as many customers as possible rather than making decisions that could potentially isolate one set of customers to appease another?

As I said in my first post, I have absolutely no problem with Halal meat being sold but from a personal point of view I'm not keen on the substitutes they use in the Sub I buy (Subway Melt) as it doesn't taste that nice. There are two Subways near me, one is Halal and the other isn't, it just means I avoid the Halal one usually. It's all about the taste people and there is no proper substitute for bacon lol

It sums up this country that it's OK to repeatedly carry out animal cruelty as long as it's in the name of religion.

It also says a lot about that religion that their 'God' demands all animals for human consumption to die a cruel and agonising death.

Muslims seem to have an unhealthy obsession with cutting throats. If it's had it's throat cut you can eat it, if it hasn't you can't

Shaid has already pointed out that it doesn't have to have had it's throat cut a blessing before eating is fine. The more devout Muslims would rather it Halal so there's a market for it that just happens to be noticeable because of how Halal is produced.

I don't agree with the whole throat cutting thing, I do think it's inhumane but it's a very small section of the meat industry. Don't forget KFC chickens are battery chickens and are often just thrown about like nothing in the factories. There was the Bernard Matthews turkey farm that was playing baseball with live turkeys no so long ago and that was in Britain! There's plenty of inhumane crap going in this country too with animals that has nothing to do with religion.

Ah but the fundamental difference is one involves Islam and one doesn't. Blaming everything on Muslims is the in thing at the moment.

no not really, the same as you,its just you put it better than me but all big businesses are pc, they have to.

No. The difference is one is actually permitted by law whilst the other isn't and rightly punished when caught carrying out such behaviour. That's quite a subtle difference.

Bullitt whilst I don't argue with what you point out about what Shaid said it doesn't mean throat cutting doesn't go on on a mass scale in the creation of halal meat and that's it's legal under the name of religion.

Religion should not dictate and neither be immune from the laws of this country yet sadly religion, not just Islam, dictates way too much in this country.

Yes but there isn't the uproar when the likes of KFC/McDonalds are found to be doing that sort if thing. A group of Muslims how ever and all hell breaks loose.

hang on a second if they can just bless the meat why don't they just do that before they eat there food. there is no doubt IMO that this is inhumane. I am a dairy farmer and have spent a lot of time caring for animals and this is wrong.plus do you think that it would be ok to sell puppy burgers as long as there was a market because that seems to be how people justify subway actions, its just market demand.oh and does that mean that we don't have to be humane to animals any more because of the actions of some staff at a chicken factory who were prob not even from uk

There was plenty of uproar when the Bernard Matthew's story broke with criminal proceedings that rightly followed.

Yes... It's called 'oujri' in punjabi and it's very tasty.

I don't remember the incident you are referring to. It was probably a non story or the complaint of one single loaner type Muslamic where your indigenous professionally offended decided to blow all out of proportion. Most likely anyway.

Had a conversation with some one I know that owns three subway franchises, one serves halal food.

At no point did he consult with any muslims, nor did he ask for their opinions, I asked him why he opened a halal one then, answer was simple, nearest other store was 2 miles away, his shop is on a busy street with lots of custom, and he wanted their money. Simple.

Some of you guys need to take a serious look at yourselves.

The only thing that you idiots have managed to get right between you is "divide and conquer" The irony being that your exhibiting the success of said policy.

Wake up and smell the coffee guys, none of the **** that's happening in this country is the fault of insurgents, it's the indigenous population ie the ones doing all the daily mail / sun reading, swallowing all the propaganda and effectively perpetuating / allowing the status quo to continue.

All of this kind of stuff is part of the divide and conquer strategy, so that while you fools are squabbling amongst one an other and pointing fingers at what you've been told is the problem the powers that be have free reign to rape and pillage.

It's commonly know as a distraction technique, which is working quite well judging by some of the responses on this thread.

Dear god it's no wonder they let the education system slip into disarray as it helps to turn out more un-educated **** wits to follow and perpetuate this kind of drivel.

What really disappoints me is this kind of stuff has been done over and over and over throughout history and people still don't get it.

See why I live on a mountain in the middle of nowhere.
